It was great spending time in God’s creation with the guys from Brothers for Vets. I felt respected for my service and learned a lot about the turkey hunt. - IC2 James Carie USN
Brothers Brock Bawel, Luke Bawel, and Tyler Flick established Brothers for Veterans to give back to the military service members by introducing them to the outdoors through hunting and fishing.
Being a Green Beret unfortunately we aren’t home very much. When someone or an organization can treat us to a special treat to get us out it is amazing. It was an amazing hunt and the relationships built between the guys at camp….. seven new brothers, that stuff is amazing! – Staff Sergeant, 5th Group
I had an awesome time hunting with Brothers for Veterans. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys to go hunting with. It was by far the most fun I have had hunting turkey and a hunt I will never forget. The camp experience and the food was as great as the hunt itself, and I hope to do it again next year. Words can’t really describe how much fun that hunt was! – Sergeant First Class, 5th Group
